The complimentary tea and drinking water in the room were so good. Similarly, the complimentary soap,shower gel, and shampoo and providing prompt and regular services and providing fresh towels was another bonus. The free breakfast was just amazing. Every morning, I was able to taste authentic Indian food. Everything was just so good, and there was the ever-smiling and very pleasant Mondal at the restaurant who was so helpful in explaining every food that was served. The services were far better than my expectations.

The hotel is on Bannerghatta, very close to Apollo/Fortis Hospitals and IIIMB. It has recently opened, so it's very new and everything functions perfectly. It is very clean

From check-in till check-out everything was smooth. Staff was cooperative. This was my second stay in TGI and it was super comfortable.
